Ornua is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, North America that will be a catalyst to the North American talent acquisition team as we continue our growth trajectory.
In this role, you will have responsibility for the strategy and execution of end-to-end recruitment for primarily exempt positions with the ability to support non-exempt recruitment when needed.

As part of the Global TA Team, the TA Specialist will also participate in global projects focused on continuous improvement.
What You Bring To The Role:
Previous experience of working within a recruitment role (ideally in-house).
Ability to engage effectively at the required level both internally and externally, building working relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, i.
e.
, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to expand our candidate pool and improve the quality of hiring.
IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
