Role Summary To ensure all products are tested and run within specification.
This role will train on all lab duties.
Schedule Sunday - Thursday, 8:
30 pm - 6:
30 am
Essential Functions:
Set up and calibrate equipment.
Check the line at the beginning of each new order for proper ingredients.
Perform required testing of products while running to ensure it will function and is still in spec.
Check finished product the day after completion.
Conduct customer required testing.
Environmental swabbing on a weekly basis.
Obtain cheese samples of incoming product for testing.
All other lab related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Solid work history is a must Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task effectively Strong attention to detail Supports a safe work environment Ability to represent company in an upbeat and professional manner Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices a plus Basic math, reading and communications skills Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time Ornua has ambitious growth plans and we're building a team to help enable and accelerate that growth.
